In order to gain research about the receptiveness of Korean foods, we created a public survey. We documented this survey from the beginning of February to the beginning of March. In this survey, we asked 8 general questions about Korean food. Our survey received 201 responses from a wide variety of people. Through these responses, we found that people from other countries have had experience eating Korean food. We also found that most participants had a certain amount of knowledge on where certain foods originated from. Of those who had already tried Korean food, the answers varied from Kimchi to Bulgogi and many more. We hope that in the future Korean cuisine can expand throughout other countries, whether it’s a traditional or fusion dish.
